Wassermelone-Feta-Salat

Zutaten (für 4 Portionen)

¼ Wassermelone
250 g Feta
1 rote Zwiebel
80 ml natives kaltgepresstes Olivenöl
2 TL Weisswein-Essig

Anmerkungen

Eine Wassermelone ohne viele Kerne waere ideal – die kleineren Wassermelonen sind oft kernlos. Der Salat schmeckt am besten, wenn die Wassermelone schoen kalt aus dem Kuehlschrank kommt, bevor sie kleingeschnitten wird.

Zubereitung

Melone schälen und in 1 cm dicke Stücke (Würfel) schneiden.

Feta in dünne Streifen schneiden.

Die rote Zwiebel in sehr dünne Streifen/Ringe hobeln.

Die Wassermelonen-Würfel auf einen Servierteller legen. Die Fetastreifen darüber schichten. Die Zwiebelringe darauf drapieren.

Olivenöl und Essig in ein Glas mit Schraubverschluss füllen, gut verschließen und kräftig schütteln, bis sich alle Zutaten gut miteinander vermischt sind. Dann über den Salat träufeln.

Gegebenenfalls noch etwas schwarzen Pfeffer on top geben.
