Zutaten (für 21 Stück)

90 g Kokosnussöl
60 g Bio-Kakao
60 g Honig
30 g gehackte Nüsse

Anmerkungen

Anstatt Nüsse verwende ich auch Kokosnussraspeln.

Zubereitung

Schokolade herstellen: 90 g Kokosnussöl mit 60 g Honig vermischen.

Dann 60 g Kakao dazugeben und gut durchmischen. Es entsteht eine Art Creme.

Ich stelle sie ca. 5 Sekunden in die Mikrowelle. So wird sie schön flüssig.

Nun gebe ich nach Belieben etwa eine Handvoll Kokosnussraspeln oder gehackte Nüsse dazu.

Das Ganze gebe ich dann in einen kleinen Messbecher. So kann ich die Schokolade leichter in die Förmchen gießen.

Ich benutze dazu die Eiswürfel-Herzförmchen. Oder einfach von einer den leeren Milka-Herzen-Schachtel die Form aufheben. Am Schluss ab in den Kühlschrank.
