Puten-Kräuterroulade

Zutaten (für 1 Person)

1 Putenschnitzel
frische Kräuter nach Wahl (z.B. Basilikum, Petersilie, Salbei)
Himalayasalz
Papayakörner aus der Mühle
Knoblauchzehen (Menge nach Geschmack, in kleine Würfel schneiden)
1 große Zwiebeln (in dünne Ringe schneiden)
Kokosnussöl ggf. etwas Wasser

Anmerkungen

Ich habe in der EW Tomatensalat dazu gegessen, aber ich bin sicher jede andere SOS-taugliche Beilage schmeckt auch köstlich dazu.

Zubereitung

Zuerst das Schnitzel mit dem Fleischklopfer schön dünn klopfen, mit Salz, Pfeffer und weiteren Gewürzen (kommt ein wenig darauf an, welche Kräuter in der Roulade sind) und dann die Kräuter auf dem Schnitzel verteilen.

Das belegte Fleisch zusammen rollen und mit einem Spießchen verschließen. Kokosnussöl erhitzen und die Rolle in der Pfanne kräftig anbraten.

Je nach Größe der Rolle ca. 15-20 Minuten. Das Fleisch warm stellen und die in Ringe geschnittene Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in der Pfanne braten.

Schön dunkel werden lassen und ggf. ein paar Tropfen Wasser dazugeben, vielleicht noch ein wenig würzen.

Die Roulade in 3-4 dickere Scheiben schneiden und anrichten. Die gerösteten Zwiebelringe auf dem Fleisch verteilen.
