Süßes Dinkelbrot mit Rosinen

Zutaten (für 4 Personen)

500 g Dinkelvollkornmehl oder wahlweise halb Dinkelmehl und halb Dinkelvollkornmehl
500 ml Wasser
1 Pck. Trockenhefe
60 g Honig oder mehr (oder 60 g Kokosnussblütenzucker
60 g gehackte Nüsse
60 g Rosinen
4 EL Chia-Samen

Anmerkungen

Der Teig muss nicht gehen! Geht ratz-fatz. Ideal für Berufstätige. Auf dem Foto seht Ihr auch das Dinkelleinsamenbrot. Rezept wird auch eingestellt!

Zubereitung

Zuerst das Mehl, die Hefe und das Wasser in eine Rührschüssel geben, unter rühren(Küchenmaschine) die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben bis eine Art Rührteig entsteht.

Kastenform mit Kokosnussöl einfetten, den Teig mit einem Teigschaber gleichmäßig in der Form verteilen und im vorgeheizten Backofen auf mittlerer Schiene 1 Stunde backen.

Auf einem Kuchenrost kalt werden lassen und genießen.
