Dip für Gemüse-Sticks

Zutaten (für 4-5 Personen)

Alle Zutaten kaufe ich beim Griechen:
5 kleine rote, mit Feta (scharf) gefüllte, Paprika in Öl
3 kleine nicht zu scharfe Peperoni in Öl
3 schwarze Oliven in Öl
1 EL Paprikapulver
250 g Ziegenfrischkäse

Anmerkungen

Auf dem Foto habe ich den Dip einmal mit roter gefüllter Paprika gemacht und einmal mit gelber gefüllte Paprika.

Zubereitung

Alle Zutaten, außer den Ziegenfrischkäse, zerkleinern.

Es sollen aber noch kleine Stücke verbleiben, also nicht zu doll zerkleinern. (Thermomix-Anwender: 4 Sekunden, Stufe 10 oder Pürierstab).

Anschließend mit einem Löffel den Frischkäse unterrühren, fertig!

Dazu passen Gemüsesticks wie Paprika, Gurke, Kohlrabi usw. Aber auch sehr lecker als Brotaufstrich.
